§ 2. Purposes and legal bases for processing personal data

1. For the provision of services and the conclusion and performance of the agreement
We process the data necessary to prepare an offer, establish contact, conclude an agreement and provide the services rendered by the Controller, in particular your first name, surname, telephone number, email address, company details and data necessary for accounting purposes.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. the necessity of processing for the conclusion and performance of the agreement.

2. For the fulfillment of accounting, tax and legal obligations
We process data contained in accounting and settlement documents, including your first name, surname, address, company name, NIP number and other data required by law.

• data related to correspondence and handling inquiries – for the time necessary to provide a response and close the matter, and, if necessary, also for the period necessary to secure any potential claims.

§ 4. Data recipients

Your personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Controller if this is necessary to provide services or conduct business activities, in particular:

• providers of hosting, IT and email services,
• providers of software used for customer service, accounting and work organization,
• an accounting office, law firms and advisors cooperating with the Controller,
• entities authorized to receive data under applicable law.

All such entities process data in accordance with applicable law and while maintaining appropriate security measures.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

• rectify your data,
• erase your data if further processing is not necessary,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to the processing of data based on the Controller’s legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent at any time if processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§ 6. Is providing data mandatory?

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, in many cases it is necessary to conclude an agreement, provide services, prepare an offer, respond to an inquiry or issue accounting documents. Failure to provide the required data may make it impossible to carry out these activities.

In the case of marketing activities, providing data and giving consent is entirely voluntary.
